Do I need an account?

EchoFeed can be used without an account. We do not store user information or track users. Only the text that needs to be converted to speech is sent to our servers. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Does EchoFeed require an internet connection?

Syncing articles and converting text to speech require an internet connection. Once synced, articles can be read offline.

How is the "minutes" included in the plan calculated?

The plan is billed based on the duration of generated speech. Starting to play an article does not convert the entire article into speech, only the next two sentences. This way, you can skip articles you don't want to listen to without worrying about being charged for the whole article.

Will I be charged extra for replaying articles?

No, replaying articles that have already been converted to speech and cached locally will not incur additional charges.

Is the free usage still available after purchasing a plan?

Yes, the free usage is still available even after purchasing a plan. For example, if you purchase a 240-minute plan and use it daily, you can actually use up to 540 minutes.
